Pag.22-31
What I've read so far is a little hard to understand, im still not sure if I like the book or not. Jean has this idea that no matter what people say about the products they use or how much of them they use everyone loves them, from the people who carrie 4 different lipstick to the people who feel almost embarrass to admit that they wear make up. something that I liked was when she said " maybe french women simply don't feel guilty about being a little vain". She thinks its silly how people fell this way about the the fact that they wear make up.each day she recives tons of beautiy products from companys hoping to get in the latest issue of the magazine. does better packaging really mean better product? some time the generic and drug store brands work better and somethimes not. its more about how they make you feel not necessarily how they make you look.

This I Believe

Author: Lisa Sandin
Title: I Am Not My Body
"I am your fellow human being and, like you, I am so much more than a body."
This story inspired me to want to try and see people and have people see me for who we and not what we look like or disabilities we may have. it reminded me that just because some one might have a physical or mental disibilaty they are still a person with thoughts feeling and just want to be accepted like everyone else.
